Providers get one current record of their workforce, screened across three Australian government ban registers, with every credential expiry visible before it lapses. Free forever for workers. Annual plans for providers. Kooka AI is the embedded compliance assistant for both sides.

For care workers, Koora means one Career Passport that replaces onboarding paperwork at every new employer, a personal copy of every credential, an AI career coach, and workplace feedback they can read and write. For care providers, Koora means one current record of the workforce across aged care, disability (NDIS) and childcare: Aged Care Act 2024 and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards and Worker Screening, National Quality Framework and ACECQA, with automated expiry alerts, three-register ban screening, and an audit trail on verification decisions and status changes.
