Feedback is written by the people who actually worked together, and it stays on the worker's Career Passport. When a worker gives you access, what other workplaces said about them is already in the record.
Compliance that stays current
Ban register screening runs continuously and Working with Children Checks are monitored where the state portal supports it. Every other credential has its expiry tracked and is re-checked when it renews, so what you see is true today, not the day a document was filed.

Founder's story

When he looked closely at how Australia's care sector actually worked, the problem was obvious. The sector is powered by incredible people doing essential work. What's missing is the infrastructure to back them up. No portable credentials for workers. No single source of truth for providers. Just paperwork, manual checks and a system that was failing the people it was supposed to protect.
