Justin spent his career simplifying complex industries. At REA Group he learned how marketplaces work at national scale and how to handle highly sensitive data, leading the redesign of Australia's biggest rental applications product. At Propeller he helped bring fragmented data together so 125,000 people across 20,000 construction sites could do their jobs better.
Then he became a parent. And like most parents, he started thinking about care differently. It became something real and close: the kind of thing that affects your family, your parents, the people you love most.
