Founder's story
Justin spent his career simplifying complex industries. At REA Group he learned how world-class marketplaces work and how to handle highly sensitive data, leading the redesign of Australia's biggest rental applications product. At Propeller he helped bring fragmented data together so 125,000 people across 20,000 construction sites could do their jobs better.
Then he became a parent. And like most parents, he started thinking about care differently. Not as an abstract sector, but as something real and close. The kind of thing that affects your family, your parents, the people you love most.
When he looked closely at how Australia's care sector actually worked, the problem was obvious. The sector is powered by incredible people doing essential work. What's missing is the infrastructure to back them up. No portable credentials for workers. No single source of truth for providers. Just paperwork, manual checks and a system that was failing the people it was supposed to protect.
He'd spent his career making complex things simple. This is the most important one yet.
