For workers
Your Career Passport, built once. A guided flow takes you through securing your account, verifying your identity and right to work at source, choosing your sectors and roles, and adding your credentials: qualifications, first aid, safety certificates, checks. When something is missing, the training hub shows exactly what remains and where to get it.
Checked honestly. Every document you upload is manually reviewed by trained Australian reviewers. Where an authoritative register exists, we check it at the source: AHPRA registration, state Working with Children Check portals. Ban registers are screened and continuously monitored, and if a possible match is ever flagged, you can respond in the app before any decision is made. Your passport shows one honest status per sector, recalculated the moment a credential expires or changes.
Yours to share, yours to revoke. Share your Career Passport with a workplace by search, email or link. See when a link has been viewed. Approve who gets access, and revoke a single workplace or a whole organisation whenever you choose. When you start somewhere new, you are not starting from zero.
Working life, in one place. Expiry reminders before anything lapses. Feedback and kudos from providers that live on your passport and travel with you. Workplaces near you, with worker feedback you can actually read. Direct messaging with providers. And Kooka, an AI career coach built for care work, where you can see and delete anything it remembers about you.
Your account, your data. Multi-factor authentication, Face ID or fingerprint sign-in, sign-in with email, Google, Apple or LinkedIn, and account deletion with a 30-day grace period if you change your mind.
For providers
Current-state compliance, not filing-cabinet compliance. One workforce view where every connected worker carries a verdict, Compliant, Needs attention or Non-compliant, rolled up from their tracked roles and states as things stand today, not as they stood the day a document was filed. Expiry visibility and exports included.
Passport access, on your terms. Request access to a worker's Career Passport by name, email or mobile, setting tracked roles, states and your National Police Check (Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check) policy up front. Review shared passports credential by credential, with the assurance level shown on every item. Invite workers who are not on Koora yet, or bring your whole roster across in one pass with CSV import. Your first worker is free on any plan.
The checks, at their true level. Ban registers (aged care, NDIS, the Victorian disability register) are verified and continuously monitored. Working with Children Checks are verified through state portals and reflected per state in childcare role verdicts. Everything else is manually reviewed by a person and shown for what it is, never dressed up. For childcare services on Growth and Enterprise, the NECWR register workflow adds a sighting queue and register export for ACECQA's NQA IT System.
Koora pre-clears the credentials. Your Authorised Person or Nominated Supervisor keeps the sighting and the legal duty; we make sure the work in front of them is sound.
Built for teams. Staff roles for admins, managers and viewers. Organisation mode for multi-service groups, with org-wide compliance and a switcher between sites.
