Each page below lists what one role needs in one sector: the screening check, the qualification and the safety certificates. Every line comes from Koora's compliance engine, the same rules it tests worker records against, so the pages change when the rules do. Childcare pages break the rules down by state and territory.

Aged Care

Residential aged care and Support at Home. Every role starts from the same screening line: a National Police Check or an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Disability

Registered NDIS providers. The NDIS Worker Screening Clearance is the screening line, required for risk-assessed roles.

Childcare

Education and care services under the National Quality Framework. The Working with Children Check differs by state, so each role page has a section for every state and territory.

This is general information, not compliance advice. Always confirm requirements with the relevant regulator, and remember that providers keep the legal responsibility to sight credentials and decide who can work.

We work hard to keep everything accurate, and our compliance engine keeps up with the rules as they change. Even so, we might get a detail slightly wrong or miss something. No one's perfect. If you think something here needs updating, email us at resources@koora.care. We would genuinely rather know, because we all do better when we help each other get it right.
