Validity periods reflect the standard renewal cadence Koora’s compliance engine tracks. Koora verifies your Working with Children Check against the public state lookup in Victoria, Queensland, WA, Tasmania and the NT (NSW and SA checks and the ACT WWVP are reviewed from the document) and your AHPRA registration against the national register, and tracks every credential’s expiry so a renewal is flagged before it lapses. That source check is point-in-time. If a clearance is reassessed, suspended or cancelled part-way through its term, the issuing scheme is what tells your employer, so keep your details current with the issuing body. Ban registers are the one source Koora re-checks on a cadence, and continuous monitoring of the others is something we are working towards. Qualifications and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module do not expire, so they are not listed.
