What should be in my file?

Include your column headings, worker names, job titles and any credential numbers or expiry dates you hold. Using Excel? Save your worksheet as CSV first. Proof documents can be added later in the app for the free full audit. For Childcare teams across states, include a work_state column with one state or territory per worker row, such as NSW or VIC. For a single-state team, you can choose the state at the next step.

How is my data handled?

The AI suggests matches from the small sample described above. The records check then runs in your browser. Refreshing the page clears your file and results, so download the results before you leave. Any copy you download stays on your device.
