Sign up with any email
Use whichever email address you like. Your record is claimed with your identity and your claim code, so the address you sign up with plays no part.
Verify your identity, then enter your code
Verify your identity in the app, then claim your record with the button or the eight-character code in your Koora email. Koora matches your verified name and date of birth against the record, so only you can claim it. Old email? Codes and links expire for security; the invitation never does, and your workplace can send a fresh one.

See every record your workplaces hold, add what's right to your Career Passport, and dispute anything that isn't. Nothing is shared with anyone else until you choose to.
