The worker's own record. A record a workplace created is claimed, not built again, and the worker chooses which of the files held about them to adopt. Identity and work rights verified by Koora, credentials checked at the register or reviewed when shared, ban registers monitored.

Ending a share stops that workplace’s Career Passport access. It keeps its own records under its retention obligations. The worker can see and dispute records held about them.
